We will never pass or provide any of your personal details, including email address, to any third party without getting your explicit consent. We do however reserve the right to analyse anonymous sales data to continuously improve your shopping experience with us.
Contact details and publishable content are collected when supplied by you either via the website when you contact us by email, order products online, or sign up to our email database/newsletter or through your direct contact with us by other means. This information is used to fulfil orders made by you, for our own internal purposes including risk management, to communicate with you and respond to requests and queries you may have, to confirm your identity, and to keep you up to date with news, specials, and other marketing information you have opted in to receive.
We may use information provided to promote and market our products and services, or the products and services of others, however, we will not do this by email or text unless we have your consent to do so. Any emails or texts will always include an ‘unsubscribe’ option. If you wish to be removed from our database you can update your personal details on our website or contact us directly.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others and we will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as set out below or unless you have authorized us to do so. We do need to share your personal information with third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages and sending emails and with Visa, MasterCard and Paystation in order to process payments. They will have access to the personal information needed to perform these services. However, we will not authorise those parties to use your information for any other purposes.
