Returns and Exchanges

Returns policy (online purchases):

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 21 days from date of purchase for:

  • Exchange (i.e. for a different size, color…or another product of the same value)
  • Credit to the value of the product purchase price excluding freight
  • Refund to the value of the product purchase price excluding freight

All product(s) returned must be unused and in the original condition as when you received it, in its original packaging, with all labels, instructions and any other paperwork included. All custom fitted (e.g. Skis mounted with bindings) and used goods are excluded from this policy.

The original HC invoice / purchase receipt must be present as proof of purchase.

Return shipping fees at purchasers cost. Please ensure you include all your contact details with your return shipment.

All refunds will be made by the same method as the original purchase.

Goods damaged in transit or incorrect/incomplete delivery: Should your order arrive damaged, or product be incorrect or incomplete, please contact us immediately, and we will take all the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

 

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 sets out the minimum standards for goods sold. HC will meet all obligations within the terms of the act. In the event that an item sold is not of fair quality or is faulty, HC has the right to repair, replace or refund you for the product.
